Terms & Conditions for Returns
Before returning an
item, please read through our Return Policy on this page, to make sure your
item is eligible for return.
o For Sports Equipment,
you have 7 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you want to return
the product.
o For Sports Accessories and Supplements, you have 3 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you want to return the product.
o Your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Services at number (+92) 336-111 76 76 and payment will be refunded within 10 working days.
o The product must be unused, unworn,
unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they
fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an
inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
o The product must include the original
tags, user manual, freebies, and accessories.
o The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
o If a product has been used no Warranty / Replacement claim is acceptable.
